Once an inspection is arranged I will call and fully inspect the areas of complaint on the furniture. I will also generally inspect the furniture for further problems not necessarily noted by the customer.

I will require full information regarding the purchase and date of complaint and any action carried out by the retailer or manufacturers agent. I will take professional digital images showing clearly the areas of complaint the inspection usually takes 60 minutes in your home or at the location of the furniture. 

The report will be posted in an A4 envelope (eliminating the need to fold it) and you will receive two copies which will be compiled within 10 working days and posted first class. If required, a copy of the report can be emailed to the Trading Standards Officer dealing with your complaint.

A report can be provided to clients living outside my inspection area. I would require full information relating to the furniture and complaint, also images highlighting the problem followed by consultation by phone.

After assessing the information provided a convenient date can be arranged for an inspection via Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp this would be the date of the Inspection Report.
